Meet Dr. TJ Dabiri
As an author committed to creating a mental health narrative that caters primarily to young people's mental well being, Tajudeen Dabiri, MD (also known as TJ Dabiri), offers a unique combination of skillful narration and compassionate insight. By following the path of his own transformation and growth in his practice, he is prepared to create accessible, enlightening materials that can help clarify mental health and promote self-discovery.
His background as a writer of f iction and as a Physician means his stories can also become relatable, as they touch the emotions of people easily, bringing complex psychological concepts into familiar and easily digestible form. He sought to provide a guide to balance a more fulfilling life, a beacon of hope that he hoped to offer not solely for himself but that could also become a source of inspiration for others.
He currently practices medicine as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Director of outpatient Clinic at Bronxcare Health system and also Vice Chairman of the Ob/Gyn Department. He is an Ass. Professor of Women's Health at Icahn College of Medicine at Mount Sinai hospital, New York. He is Married with three children. He is also a pastor at Abundant life Christian center, Brooklyn New York.
